This program is only a beta i will add more fetures later
but they will cost u $1. To use Just run Edit.exe you have to have redalert installed into c:\westwood\redalert\ for thsi program to work remeber it is only a beta.
When you open Edit.exe you can pick what you want to edit on top and then press the right mouse button to access the properties. You have to save after each change.
